Hyundai Motor PH introduces Hyundai Mobile Service Program

Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (HMPH) is taking steps to further improve its customers’ ownership experience with a new aftersales program that aims to make vehicle maintenance easier and more convenient.

Hyundai Mobile Service, or HMS for short, will allow customers to have vehicle maintenance or repairs at their choice of time and place. It also includes emergency roadside assistance for qualified customers. Also, the HMS is applicable to any Hyundai model regardless of year model.

For now, the program is being piloted by eight authorized Hyundai dealerships:

  • Hyundai Abad Santos
  • Hyundai Bacolod
  • Hyundai Baliuag
  • Hyundai E. Rodriguez
  • Hyundai Iloilo
  • Hyundai Las Piñas
  • Hyundai Pampanga
  • Hyundai Santiago

An additional four dealerships—Hyundai Cagayan De Oro, Hyundai Calamba, Hyundai Commonwealth and Hyundai Southern Mindanao, will also be added to the roster of dealers offering HMS.

And this is just the beginning to the initiatives lined up for the year,” said HMPH Aftersales Directing Coordinator Mr. Young Uk Ko.
