With Volkswagen Philippines’ closure, where can owners service their vehicles?

You’ve probably heard that Volkswagen and the Ayala Corporation, through its Automobile Central Enterprise, Inc. (ACEI) and ACMobility subsidiaries, have officially ended their partnership for the distribution of the German brand in the Philippine market.

Naturally, current Volkswagen vehicle owners are probably worried about where they can bring their vehicles for their maintenance services. There’s no need to worry as according to an announcement by Volkswagen Philippines, three service centers will remain in operation.

Volkswagen customers don’t need to worry about where to service their vehicles.

Two will be operated by Iconic Dealership, Inc. (IDI), the automotive dealership arm of ACMobility. First is the Volkswagen Alabang Service Center for Metro Manila customers, located at Acacia Avenue, Madrigal Business Park, Muntinlupa City. They can be reached through this link or through email at [email protected]

Meanwhile, also under IDI is the Volkswagen Cebu Service Center for Central Visayas customers. This is located at A. Soriano Ave, Cebu City.

Finally, for Northern and Central Luzon customers is the Volkswagen Pampanga Service Center. Operated by the Laus Auto Group, this service center can be reached via mobile at +63 918 854 2379, or through email at [email protected].

Volkswagen BGC will be closing its doors by the end of the month.

Also noteworthy is that the brand’s final dealership, Volkswagen BGC, will be closing its doors on September 30, 2025, marking the end of the brand’s 12-year presence in the country under ACMobility (formerly AC Motors).

Well, there you have it. If you’re from the abovementioned areas then you’re in luck as you don’t need to worry about servicing your Volkswagen vehicle.
