2025 Lotus Emira arrives in PH with turbo and supercharged V6 powertrain options

Lotus Cars Manila, under the Autohub Group, has officially introduced the updated lineup of its two-door Emira sports car which is also the last model to be powered by an internal combustion engine from the British automaker.

Three variants of the Emira are available for 2025, all replacing the First Edition variants which were launched in 2022 and 2023, with each having their own unique powertrain tunings and equipment.

Starting with the Emira Turbo this gets a 2.0-liter turbocharged M139 engine sourced from Mercedes-AMG that outputs 364 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque, mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Among its features area Vivid Red exterior paint job, single piece brakes, new 10-spoke 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels with a gloss silver finish and wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport tires, a technical fabric headliner, black leather interior, 12-way power seats, and Touring suspension settings.

Meanwhile, the Emira Turbo SE has the same powertrain, but produces more power and torque at 405 horsepower and 480 Nm. It comes with a Lotus Drivers Pack which gives it Sports suspension settings, uprated cross drilled and ventilated two-piece brake discs, and launch control.

It gets a Zinc Grey exterior paint job, 20-inch V-spoke forged wheels with a Satin Grey finish, red brake calipers, Alcantara headliner, and blacked-out badging and exhaust pipes.

Finally, there’s the Emira V6 for those who want something more traditional. This is powered by a Toyota-sourced 2GR-FE engine—a 3.5-liter supercharged V6 that makes similar numbers as the smaller turbocharged engines at 405 horsepower and 430 Nm, mated to choices of either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. It does not get more traditional than that.

This also gets a Vivid Red paint job, cross drilled and ventilated two-piece brake discs, and Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport tires. Manual transmission-equipped vehicles get a Touring suspension and a limited slip differential (LSD). It also gets black fabric for the headliner and A-pillars.

Pricing for the 2025 Lotus Emira starts at Php 12,000,000 for the Turbo variant. The Turbo SE is priced at Php 12,250,000, and the Turbo V6 at Php 12,500,000.
