The all-new 2026 Toyota Hilux will be unveiled on November 10

This is it! One of the world’s longest-running pickup truck nameplates, and the most popular in the Philippine market, is all set for its next generation, to be revealed this coming November 10. A teaser has been released for the Thai market, which unsurprisingly gets first dibs.
Details are scarce, but the teaser video does have a lot to show for the next-generation pickup truck such as sleeker C-shaped lighting signatures for the headlights and taillights, a tall hood, 17- or 18-inch blacked-out alloy wheels, and a sports bar. These also match what we previously saw in leaked patent images.

The interior was not shown in the teaser; we know what to expect from the aforementioned leaked images, taking some cues from the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 250 and Land Cruiser 300. That should include a large tablet-like touchscreen and loads of storage space.

As for powertrains, the all-new Hilux is expected to go full force with electrification, with a battery electric version confirmed at the Japan Mobility Show 2025, to be offered together with carry-over turbodiesel engines from the current generation.
The arrival of the all-new next-generation Toyota Hilux is just the first step in the brand’s lineup revamp. Expected to follow like before would be the next generation of the Fortuner, which shares similar popularity, while the Innova already switched to a monocoque platform. The Land Cruiser FJ from the JMS 2025 also likely shares several key components.
Exciting times, for sure!
