Lynk & Co 06 Origin SE gets a Sport Edition in PH

The Lynk & Co 06 was one of the first models introduced by the Chinese automaker when it launched here in the Philippines in 2024, under the United Asia Automotive Group, Inc., now the UAAGI Auto Group.
At the recent UAAGI On The Move multi-brand roadshow, Lynk & Co Philippines also took the opportunity to introduce a new variant of their subcompact crossover–the 06 Origin SE Sport Edition. Essentially a 06 Origin SE, introduced at last year’s Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), but with a few aesthetic changes.

So what exactly has changed? The 06 Origin SE Sport Edition gets orange trim on the front grille and window surrounds that Lynk & Co Philippines describes as “bespoke, blacked-out side mirror caps, and blacked-out 18-inch alloy wheels.
Other features remain the same, including its powertrain which is a 1.5-liter turbocharged Inline 4-cylinder gasoline engine that produces 181 horsepower and 290Nm of torque, mated to a seven-speed DCT.

The new Lynk & Co 06 Origin SE Sport Edition is priced at Php 1,134,000. For comparison, the non-Sport Edition 06 Origin SE is priced at Php 1,074,000. Do you think the additional Php 60,000 is worth the aesthetic upgrades?
