Select Nissan dealerships in PH are transitioning to new management soon

Select Nissan dealerships in the country are set to transition to new management as Nissan Philippines has announced the appointment of new dealer partners that will be taking over these locations.

This development is similar to what happened with select Honda dealerships in the country, as the Ayala Corporation, through its ACMobility subsidiary, dropped several locations. These locations subsequently transitioned to new management under different dealership companies.

Nissan dealerships in Manila City, Taguig City, and Makati City will soon be operated by Autohub Group. Meanwhile Nissan Bacoor in Cavite will transition to Synergyauto Ventures Corporation (SVC) Group. Finally, Nissan Cebu South, Nissan Matina, and Nissan Tagum will be managed by Autocentral Group.

Nissan Philippines says that additional dealer partner appointments for other locations will be announced in the coming weeks as transition arrangements are finalized. The company also says that the transition to new managements for the aforementioned dealerships is part of their optimization of new dealerships.

Finally, Nissan Philippines also assures all its customers that their warranties, service agreements, and commitments remain fully valid despite the management changes for its dealerships. Customers will also be seamlessly transitioned to new dealer partners, with no disruption to their ownership experience. All customer information will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, and customers can expect to receive notifications from their new dealer partners regarding this transition.
