BMW PH sales up in August 2026, to launch new model before year-end

Despite various factors that are making vehicle sales normally lower at this time of the year, BMW Philippines continues to record strong sales performance in the luxury vehicle category this August 2026.
The German luxury automaker was able to sell a total of exactly 100 units for the month of August 2026, marking a 150% increase in sales compared to the same period in 2025. This also brings the brand’s sales for 2026 up to 676 units so far, for the months of January to August.
That sales figure has also contributed to a 39% market share in the luxury vehicle segment in the Philippines so far, up from 24% in the same period last year, and is attributed to the brand’s electrified offerings, including their plug-in hybrid (PHEV) offerings such as the 3 Series, 5 Series, and 7 Series.
BMW Philippines also says that it plans to carry this momentum throughout the rest of the year with a new model introduction which we are guessing could be the all-new iX3 which is showing signs of it coming soon.

Available information tells us that for our market, its powertrain may produce a healthy 469 horsepower and 645Nm of torque that’s sent to all four wheels, paired with a 113.40kWh battery that allows it to drive up to 805km on a single full charge, potentially making it one of the longest-range BEVs in our market.

The actual model coming, and its specifications and pricing will likely be announced closer to its launch, and definitely gives us something to look forward to. For now, all we can do is wait and see.
