ACMobility rebrands its membership platform to ChargePlus

ACMobility, the mobility arm of the Ayala Corporation, and the operator of the Philippines’ largest EV charging station network, is rebranding its membership platform in a bid to improve the experience of its customers.
What was formerly simply called ACMobility Membership has now been rebranded to ChargePlus, and is described by ACMobility as a more flexible and pay-per-use model.
The company says that this provides a more convenient system for its customers, ensuring that they only pay for what they need, and retain unused charging credits for better accessibility and reliability. This is in response to what were noted as barriers to long-term adoption of the ACMobility Membership, particularly expiring credits and a discount-only structure.

So what exactly comes with the new ChargePlus membership?
As mentioned, purchased credits will no longer expire as long as they are used at least once every six months, providing users with the flexibility to charge on their own schedule. Customers can also receive a bonus of up to 20% on credit purchases, with larger bundles offering significantly more value.
ChargePlus customers gain access to exclusive perks such as Comprehensive Vehicle Care at any Bosch Car Service outlet, with specialized vouchers and complimentary four-wheel alignment services; along with special discounts on official BYD vehicle accessories.
Members will also be able to take advantage of Power-on-Wheels (POW) mobile charging delivery at no additional cost for qualifying credit purchases. Finally, discounted maintenance service (up to Php 500 off) will be enjoyed by owners of Kia vehicles, valid at all authorized Kia dealerships nationwide.
Having difficulty in finding a vacant charging station? ACMobility says that future updates to the Evro app, their official partner, will allow users to reserve charging slots and extend sessions directly from their mobile devices.
“Our goal with ChargePlus is to transform the charging experience from a simple utility into a comprehensive, value-driven lifestyle for every EV owner,” says ACMobility Head of Mobility Infrastructure Carla Buencamino. “This rebrand reflects our commitment to building an EV ecosystem that is not only accessible and reliable but also deeply attuned to the evolving needs of EV owners.”
