AEON AUTO launches virtual showroom for its Ford dealer network

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly changed our way of living and has affected our way of doing business in the automotive industry. 

Ford AEON AUTO is very much aware of this and has kept its three dealerships: Ford EDSA-Greenhills, Makati Ford, and Ford Cainta open to serve its customers. At the same time, the company has found a way to better serve its customers as we adapt to the “new normal.”

Adapted to the new normal, Ford AEON AUTO has introduced its new virtual showroom which should allow its customers gain a better and safer car dealership experience. Now, you don’t have to physically step into one of their dealerships to get the same quality of service. 

Some customers may think that this is more difficult but the actual process to use the virtual showroom is quick and simple.

Showroom Visit

One of the things you can do in AEON AUTO’s virtual showroom is walk through a 360-degree showroom on their website, similar to Google’s Street View feature. Not only can you walk around the showroom floor but also check out a vehicle’s specifications and features inside and out. Through this, you can check out a vehicle yourself through the comfort of your computer or mobile phone screen.

Vehicle Inquiries

Simply log into AEON AUTO’s official website or dealer Facebook pages and you can connect with a sales consultant. All you have to do is fill-up a form with your contact details (Name, Mobile No., Email Address, Vehicle Model you’re interested in) and an official AEON AUTO sales consultant will get in touch with you through video conference. You can connect via any video conference app such as Zoom, GoogleMeet, WebEx, Skype, Messenger, Viber or WhatsApp depending on your preference.

A sales consultant will perform a complete vehicle walkaround for you. Questions are highly encouraged during the video conference.

Service Appointments

Booking a service appointment can also be done from your fingertips. Simply click “book a service” and provide your contact details, select your preferred dealer, and desired date and time. Once received, a customer service representative will get in touch to confirm your appointment.
