2023 Ford Ranger pricing to start at Php 1.198M, reservations now accepted

Have your eyes set on the next generation of the Ford Ranger? Well you won’t have to wait much longer as Ford Philippines has just announced that all Ford dealerships in the country are now accepting reservations for the much-awaited pick-up truck.

Not only that, the blue oval has also revealed the starting price for the new generation of the pick-up truck which is Php 1,198,000. Its full pricing and variant lineup will be announced at launch which is just a few weeks from now, according to them.

“The next-generation Ranger will soon be arriving in the Philippines, and we’re truly excited to work with our dealers to begin accepting reservations this month,” shares Mike Breen, Managing Director of Ford Philippines.

“The huge anticipation towards the next-gen Ranger is truly gaining ground – from the positive feedback we’re seeing on social media and getting from our dealers, partners, and employees, so we’re starting our launch festivities on a high note by kicking off reservations ahead of our local reveal.”

The next generation Ford Ranger was designed in collaboration with its customers with the brand combining insights from current owners to create the all-new model.

While we still don’t have exact specifications, we do know that the all-new Ranger gets a bolder design, a wider stance, larger grille, increased width and wheelbase, and new signature C-clamp shaped headlamps.

Inside, the cabin is completely redesigned with more comfort, technology, and functionality. New features include a new seat design, a 10- or 12-inch portrait-oriented touchscreen infotainment system using Ford’s SYNC 4A system and with Wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity.

In addition, the 2023 Ford Ranger for the Philippines will be available with two engine options. First is the 2.0L Bi-Turbo mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission or the 2.0L Single Turbo mated to a 6-speed automatic or manual transmission. The next-gen Ranger will also come with a suite of safety features and new driver assistance technologies, which includes a 360-degree camera.

With all that in mind, the 2023 Ford Ranger is definitely something to look forward to. It won’t be too long as a few weeks from now could mean it’ll launch by July or August.
