Reservations for Nissan Z have opened, here’s the process
Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI) has just very recently launched the all-new generation of its Z sports coupé. While not yet officially available due to supply constraints, reservations have opened on October 3, 2023 at select Nissan dealerships (see below) nationwide.
Unsurprisingly, public feedback and demand for the Z which is one of Nissan’s halo models is overwhelming. As such, the Japanese automaker has put in place a reservation process that would make securing a unit much more fair and transparent for customers. How? A raffle.
Yes, NPI will be raffling-off to customers the slots for units of the Nissan Z. This ensures that available units of the Z will be distributed fairly and avoids the hoarders and resellers who would sell units at a much higher price.
Reservation Raffle Process
To be officially included in the raffle, interested customers are required to submit a completed reservation form and pay a refundable Php 50,000 reservation fee at participating dealers until January 15, 2024. This fee is deductible to the SRP of the vehicle once a customer completes their purchase.
Separate raffles will be drawn for the Premium A/T and Premium M/T variants, based on availability. For customers who would like to avail of both, they must submit separate reservation forms for each. Only one reservation for each variant will be allowed per customer.
Customers who are chosen during a raffle must confirm their reservations to be able to proceed with their purchase of the Nissan Z. The reservation is non-transferable and the purchase must be made by the customer under whose name the reservation was made, while initial registration of the vehicle must also be in the name of the reserving customer.
For customers who are not chosen, they will automatically be included in succeeding draws. Should they decide to withdraw from the raffle, they may request for a full refund of their reservation fee.
The first raffle draw will be conducted this coming October 12, 2023, with a cutoff for entries on October 10, 2023. Customers can check the official NPI Facebook page for updates on succeeding draws.
The 2024 Nissan Z is priced at Php 3,888,000 for both Premium A/T and Premium M/T variants. The full list of accredited Nissan dealerships for the Z can be found below:
