Current generation Ford Ranger reaches 15,000 unit sales milestone

Just a little over a year after it made its local debut, the current generation Ford Ranger is experiencing great success in the Philippine market.

As Ford’s entry into the extremely popular midsize pickup truck segment, the Ford Ranger has a lot to beat. Despite that, it has easily reached its 15,000 unit sales milestone, 14 months after its launch.

As of September 2023, Ford Philippines has sold a total of 16,127 units of the popular pickup truck since it was launched alongside its Everest midsize SUV sibling in July 2022. It has also remained as the blue oval’s most popular offering in the market for the first 9 months of the year with sales growing by 22% from a year ago to 9,113 units sold.

We are elated with the achievement of this new milestone for the Next-Gen Ranger, which is a true testament to its growing popularity among Filipino pickup truck buyers. It is the smartest, most versatile, and most capable Ranger yet, and was developed with our customers in mind. We thank our loyal base of Ranger owners for their trust and our dealers for continuing to enhance the ownership experience,” shares Ford Philippines Managing Director Mike Breen.

With 6 different trim levels to choose from, customers won’t have any difficulty finding a Ford Ranger fit for them. Also, just a few months ago, the high-performance Ranger Raptor was introduced in our market.

Ford Truck Month Extended

To expand ownership of the current generation Ranger, Ford Philippines is extending its Truck Month deals until October 31, offering customers a wide array of cash discounts, all-in low downpayment deals, and low monthly payment fees across the Ranger line-up.

Customers can get as much as Php 50,000 cash discount with a purchase of a Ford Ranger. They can also avail of an all-in low downpayment of Php 98,000 or a low monthly payment of Php 11,111.
