The Lexus LBX Vibrant Edition is more sporty and badass than vibrant

If you think the Lexus LBX is too vanilla, fret not, as the Japanese luxury automaker is adding a bit of vibrance to it with the…Vibrant Edition.

As its name suggests, Lexus has made the LBX Vibrant Edition more attractive with some additional elements both inside and outside. We do think however, that it’s more apt as a “Sport” than its current name, as it does look sportier and more badass than vibrant.

So what exactly do you get with the Lexus LBX Vibrant Edition?

First, the garnish connecting the headlights is finished in black, along with black plating for the front grille. It also gets black front and rear lip spoilers and window and door mouldings, and gloss black inserts for the front and rear bumpers.

Topping all the black off are a new set of 18-inch alloy wheels which, as you guessed it, are finished in black, or matte black if we’re being specific.

Three exterior colorways are available: Ruby Red or Sonic Quartz with Astral Black-finished roof and pillars, or a single tone Astral Black. And oh, ‘Vibrant Edition’ badging is also placed on the rear pillars.

Meanwhile, the interior has been re-finished with black semi-aniline leather matched with a contrasting Dark Rose, making for a very attractive cabin, almost like a Lexus F Sport variant, which the LBX does not get.

The new color scheme is matched with red double-track ‘Tatami’ stitching on the seats, and Dark Rose-colored seat belts. Other features remain identical to the standard LBX with an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, 64-color ambient lighting, and a wireless phone charger, among others.

The Lexus LBX Vibrant Edition will be available in a limited quantity and exclusively for Europe. This lessens the chances of it arriving in the Philippines, but do you think Lexus Philippines should bring in something similar for customers looking for a little bit more sportiness?
