Build your own all-new Toyota Hilux GR-S* with these GR Parts from Japan

The all-new Toyota Hilux’s launch in our market is very imminent, as it’s set to make its debut at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show alongside two other all-new Toyota models. However, in the Land of the Rising Sun, the automaker has just released the pickup truck in its home market, and alongside a Japanese release comes exciting first-party accessories.

Apart from the usual Modellista cosmetics, the introduction of GR Parts for the Hilux (which is still being sold via the TRD Japan website, mind you!) is quite enticing for potential owners, as a GR Sport trim does not exist as of this writing.
Fitted to the Adventure trim in Japan (which is most likely the equivalent of the Conquest in our market), the GR Parts mostly consist of cosmetic and functional parts.

First is a GR Front Grille, which swaps out the “frameless” body colored grille in favor of a more aggressive, edge-to-edge mesh grille finish in black. This is followed by the GR Dress-up Muffler, which is a dual stainless steel exhaust tip that bolts onto the end of the stock exhaust. Finally, there are the GR Mud Flaps, available either in black or red with a metal finisher.

There are GR Sport Side Visors, which do more than just block rain and let a bit of air in with the window down, as they have been aerodynamically shaped to improve airflow and stability when driving at high speeds.

To further improve rigidity and NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) performance, there is a set of GR Performance Dampers made in collaboration with Yamaha that are mounted up front and behind, and finally, there are GR door stabilizers that improve vehicle steering response by filling in the gaps between the doors and the chassis.

If you know someone in Japan or are good with Japanese, you can check out the official price list here, but we hope that Toyota Motor Philippines offers this alongside the official Modellista cosmetics that include a whole set of garnishes for various parts of the body, front and rear skid plates, a rigid bed cover, and two-tone, olive-colored 18-inch alloy wheels.
