Inchcape PH-operated Mazda C5 Pasig dealer  to be operated by Mazda PH effective August 1

Inchcape Philippines has announced that it will be selling its Mazda C5 Pasig retail operations to Mazda Philippines (Bermaz Auto Philippines Inc.), which will be effective August 1, 2026.

The dealership, which is located on E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue corner Carlos J. Caparas, Barangay Ugong, Pasig, along C5 was opened back on August 9, 2023, and was the first local dealership to showcase the Mazda Japanese Premium showroom concept, utilizing open-scheme floor plans and natural light plus natural materials.

This dealership was directly operated by Inchcape Philippines, under one of its retail arms, ICATS Asian Motors Inc. This move is part of Inchcape Philippines’ move to help consolidate and manage its portfolio, with a new focus that aligns with its other priorities in the Philippines.

As for Bermaz Auto Philippines, this will be the first directly operated dealership under the distributor, meaning it joins the club of several distributor-operated dealerships, such as Honda Cars Shaw, reaffirming the distributor’s commitment to the Mazda brand in the Philippines.

Inchcape and Mazda Philippines will work together to ensure a smooth transition for all the customers, partners, and employees, especially those who interact with or are patrons of the Pasig C5 dealership.
