You can now view the new Tesla Model Y L at the Tesla Center BGC

A lot are looking forward to the local availability of the new Tesla Model Y L, the larger six-seater version of the popular Tesla Model Y, which is currently the American automaker’s top-seller locally, and around the world.

Not yet available for retail sales in the country, it was previewed to local motoring media and content creators a little over a week ago. And with high interest in the three-row electric SUV, Tesla Philippines has announced that the Model Y L is now available for public viewing.

Those interested can already visit the Tesla Experience Center in Bonifacio Global City to see (and even test drive) the Tesla Model Y L in the metal, where it is currently on display. Walk-ins are accepted, but you can also register your interest through this link

For a quick recap, the Tesla Model Y L, unlike the Model Y, can accommodate six occupants (including the driver) with its three-row layout. It’s 179mm longer than the regular Model Y, and also comes with a longer estimated driving range of up to 681km on a single full charge. Pricing will start at an indicative Php 2,849,000 once it becomes available.

With the rising costs of fuel prices, interest in switching to electrified vehicles is at an all-time high, despite it not being the most financially wise decision. Still, it’s a step in the right direction in a market that wants to adjust to global trends.
