Toyota Motor PH reminds everyone of their One-Price Policy

When a newly launched vehicle model experiences higher than expected demand that it’s unable to meet, it’s no surprise that some unscrupulous individuals use the situation as an opportunity to take advantage, such as in the case of the current Toyota RAV4 HEV.
This is why Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is once again reminding customers of its One-Price Policy which prohibits its dealership and sales agents from adding extra charges on top of a vehicle’s suggested retail price, and also to transact only with authorized sales agents from their dealership network.

The Toyota RAV4 HEV is proving to be very successful in our market since it was launched a few months ago, experiencing high amounts of demand throughout the country. This makes it unsurprising that some individuals have tried to take advantage of customers, and is why TMP is making sure that everything is in check for those currently making or are planning to make vehicle purchases.
TMP says that you may seek assistance if you are experiencing any issues, through their Customer Assistance Center by calling (02) 8819-2912 or by sending an email to [email protected].
At launch, the Toyota RAV4 HEV was highly praised for its competitive price point, then starting at Php 2,183,000, and subsequently increased to Php 2,227,000 just this month. Delays in availability have been caused by multiple factors such as high interest in the model, along with supply chain limitations, among others.
